My white eyes became Red for the last two months. age 41, feeling severe strain when watching tv on pc.?

I have very good vision for long distances but nowadays little difficulty in close reading. eyes have become red for the last two pharmacies online months. 4months back had general eye infection but presently doen,t exist. I don,t wear glasses as on date. watching tv on pc is more.
