I vote for Norm McDonald.

And I agree with you about Fallon. I can't watch but a few seconds before I feel uncomfortable for him and switch to Craig Ferguson. Fallon is just not into it. Instead of projecting his personality towards the viewers - he seems to curl up all into himself. There is no free expression or free delivery in his voice or physical stature. Everything seems forced...he's just not the right man for the job.

"The ESRB is a means for the gaming industry to police itself rather than submit itself to government ratings/censorship (technically, it isn't censorship if its not the government). Its similar to the MPAA ratings board; the ratings board was pretty much the movie industry telling the government "don't worry, we'll label this stuff for parents so you don't have to worry about little Johnny 3-year-old getting into an X [now NC-17] movie." The comics code (posted elsewhere in the comments) and the production code (for films, are both examples of government control, which today would certainly politicized. If you think the ESRB is bad, would you rather have the government issue the ratings? For the Hot Coffee scandal, it would be more likely the government would ban all sales of the game, while the ESRB just required that the "offending content" be removed, then re-rating the title "M," allowing it to go back on sale."
