How can I set up an Internet TV Station?

Ok, How CAN I set up a streaming internet TV station/channel? I don't want it to be live (I don't use web cams) , buying drugs online without prescription I want it to be all programming. I would prefer that this would be an already made service that could help me although, if someone was to provide me a tutorial on how to do this myself, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would need to be able to set these videos and content in an order (like a lineup). Any suggestions or HELP?
