A program called PCShowBuzz promises 3000 channels of TV programming over the internet. Worth buying or not? ?

Is PCShowBuzz worth the $29-39 bucks? Is there live feeds or just recordings? Is there an even better program out there that is superior? Is the programming crystal clear or of bad quality?

Sounds very interesting but is it too good to be true!
